All cancellations should be sent in written form to the Congress Secretariat. Refunds will be processed after the Congress.

100% refund (minus Stripe fee) in case of cancellation received before August 10, 2025
No refund in case of cancellation is received after August 10, 2025.
Cancellation Policy of Hotel Reservation
100% refund (minus Stripe fee) in case of cancellation received before June 1, 2025.
50% refund (minus Stripe fee) in case of cancellation received between June 1 and July 10, 2025.
No refund in case of cancellation is received after July 10, 2025.
Payment
Registrations are billed and charged by THE LATIN AMERICAN PAIN SOCIETY (15 E 57th St Ste 610, New York, NY 10022, USA). All payments should be made in USD. Payments sent after September 7, 2025, may not be confirmed in written form. In this case, please bring the proof of payment with you to the registration desk.
