The objectives of this workshop is for the attendee to learn the steps of imagining eco anatomical structures with a procedure based approach. With an integrative approach and a solid basis in the anatomical aspect of the procedure. The attendee will engage a direct contact with world class faculty where in 6 stations we will discuss the technique and different approach for each individual group of partcipants.
Station 1: Nerve entrapments
Station 2: Headache techniques ( cervicogenic, temporomandibular joint, SPG)
Station 3: Prolotherapy for Lumbar spine and pelvis
Station 4: Cryoablation targets
Station 5: Eco anatomy for procedures in hip, knee and ankle
Station 6: Eco anatomy for procedures shoulder, elbow and hand

Workshop Benefits:
– Scientific and technical deep dive into three major orthobiologic platforms
– Exposure to real devices and techniques used in clinical practice
– Peer interaction and mentorship with Latin American experts
– Networking opportunities with speakers and international faculty
Module 1
Orthobiologics Derived from Peripheral Blood
(PRP, PRF and Variants)
Estimated duration: ~45 minutes
Topics Covered:
– Biological principles of PRP and PRF: differences between leukocyte-rich,
leukocyte-poor and injectable PRF
– Preparation techniques: anticoagulants, open vs closed systems, activated x nonactivated
– PRP optimization: double-spin protocols, dosing, application frequency
– Technical video demonstration of collection, centrifugation, and aspiration,
Speaker: To be confirmed
Q&A session: Final 5 minutes
Module 2
Orthobiologics Derived from Bone Marrow (BMA and BMAC)
Estimated duration: ~45 minutes
Topics Covered:
– Cellular composition and clinical use of BMA and BMAC
– Evidence-based indications in vertebral pain, OA, and peripheral nerves
– Harvesting techniques: posterior iliac crest, tibia, and sternum
– Video demonstrations:
– Anatomical palpation-guided aspiration
– Ultrasound-guided bone marrow aspiration
– Fluoroscopic guidance techniques
– Key concepts
Speaker: Dr. Victor Pacheco
Q&A session: Final 5 minutes
Break Coffee and Networking
Duration: 20 minutes
Module 3
Orthobiologics Derived from Adipose Tissue
(MFAT, SVF, ADSCs)
Estimated duration: ~45 minutes
Topics Covered:
– Biological overview and Evidence
– Preparation techniques: decantation, microfragmentation
– Video demonstrations:
– Manual and system-based lipoaspiration
– Emulsification and filtering process
Speaker: To be confirmed
Q&A session: Final 5 minutes
Module 4
Hands-On Rotating Stations: Equipment and Device
Demonstrations
Estimated duration: ~45 minutes
Structure:
Participants will be split into three groups (A, B, C), rotating every 15 minutes
across three live demo stations:
– Station A Peripheral Blood (PRP/PRF):
Centrifuges, tubes, kits, leukocyte filters, demonstration of systems
– Station B Bone Marrow (BMA/BMAC):
Aspiration needles, syringes, anticoagulants, processing kits,
– Station C Adipose Tissue (MFAT/SVF):
Lipoaspiration kits, microfragmentation devices, filtration systems-
Each station includes real equipment, high-quality procedural videos, and hands-on
Q&A with experts.
