All cancellations should be sent in writing to the Conference Office. Refunds will be processed after the Conference.
Registrations are billed and charged by the LATIN AMERICAN PAIN SOCIETY (address: 15 E 57th St Ste 610, New York, NY 10022, USA), contact: Stefania Huba). Upon receipt of registration and payment, the Conference Secretariat (CONGRESSLINE LTD) will send confirmation to all participants. If the confirmation has not been received after 1 week of the application, please do not hesitate to contact the Conference Secretariat via email at [email protected].
All payments should be made in USD. The sender must pay all bank transfer charges. Payments sent after June 15, 2025, may not be confirmed in written form. In this case, please bring the proof of payment with you to the registration desk.
The card number with an expiry date, the cardholder’s name, the cardholder’s billing address, the CVC code (the last three digits on the back of the credit card where the signature is—only in case of VISA and EC/MC), and the cardholder’s signature are needed.
